A Date in the Park

Service Description

To lock your preferred date, we require a 250$ deposit. The balance of payment is due one week before your event. We will contact you to confirm your add-ons within 48 hours of receiving your deposit. ABOUT THIS PACKAGE Allow us to celebrate your favourite person in the most elegant way possible. We are experts in grand romantic gestures and in creating everlasting memories. Our Date in the Park package includes a 30 minutes consultation where we will discuss all the details that will make your event unique. This package includes: Our signature styled tablescape, Set up, pack down, and up to 3 hours of setting use in between, Premium fresh flower arrangements in a vase, both yours to keep, Assortment of cushions, Custom handmade low picnic table, A premium woven rug, Rose gold or Gold cutlery, Linen napkins, Elegant tableware (two plates and two glasses per guest), Diamond charger plates or rattan placemats. And your own personalized PKNIK experience: A 30 minutes consultation, Our list of premium secret locations, One personalized place card per guest, A personalized welcome sign. FOOD OPTIONS Different food options start at 20$ per guest and might require delivery fees. Ask us about our list of preferred menus.

Cancellation Policy

We require a non-refundable deposit to block your date. This deposit is non-refundable because we secured your event date and time, withheld that space from other clients, and spent time planning and creating your personalized experience. Please note that cancellations that are made within 48 hours of your event or less won't be refunded.
